Interior Trimming Part

We only need less than 3 weeks to complete the modeling data of the entire project, during which the company's professional technical team will repeatedly demonstrate based on decades of experience

The mold will be finished by  high-speed CNC machine (spindle 16000 / m) (tolerance ± 0.015) in our factory , mold lock bar , part surface , part line , slider gap , gap of ejector block must  be processed in one time. Because of these precision  tool machine , the fitter only need clean some burr and directly to assemble slider block and ejector block together . It will improve the accuracy of the mold , but also shorten the time to assemble .

After finishing processing, the detection accuracy of the testing center on the mold. Failed to restart high-speed CNC machining.

Usually , we need 2 days to check and adjust , all parts like pressure  plate , ware plate , slider block , Bi -injection sealing surface  can match well , the rate of red color above 90%.

Clean up the corresponding accessories, and install the oil cylinder to perform the machine action test, and finally test the production

The mold flow engineer and the craftsman at the production site will check details based on the previous design date, including product size, appearance, assembly, and check whether it is within delivery time .

When the sample is sent to the last customer for inspecting , the company's mold is disassembled and inspected by ourselves . Each part of the mold needs to be taken out , and check the water pressure, flow test, the lettering code of each part, the hardness of the relevant part, the label, and size of lifting  ring  , The lifting balance of the mold, check the consistency of the mold and design data, the mold must be re-inspected before it can be shipped  to our customers . 

In order to prevent the mold from rusting during long time  shipping, each mold is vacuum-packed and then fixed in a wooden box.
